Welcome to the website for the Learning in Later Life (3Ls) Students’ Association based in the Centre for Lifelong Learning  in the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow.

The site provides information about Association activities, including information about 3Ls Club programmes.

Linked to the “Bringing Learning to Life” Programme of classes run by the Centre for Lifelong Learning (CLL), the Learning in Later Life Students’ Association (3Ls) is unique in Britain.  The 3Ls was established in 1988 by a group of 38 enthusiastic students under the auspices of the University with the help of Lesley Hart, now the 3Ls Patron, and currently we have more than 1000 members.
