Talks with audio visual presentations will be given in German with regular reprises in English so we hope people with all levels of fluency will enjoy joining in. There will be a social meeting after each talk when our meetings are held in the Conference Room.
After joining the 3Ls Association you are very welcome to join the German Club. Our fee is £15 per annum.
We will meet on the first Friday of the month at 12.15 – 2.15. Our October, November and December meetings will take place in Room GH 742 (the Conference Room) on Floor 7 of the Graham Hills Building. Our February meeting featuring Sabine Schlueter of the Goethe Institute will be via Zoom. Our March and April meetings will be held in Room GH 742, the Conference Room.
As well as the Club speaker programme we intend to have German Club lunches in January and May 2025. Lunch dates will be on Friday January 10th 2025 and Friday May 9th 2025.
